As Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of strategic digital initiatives within the Delivery Centre of Excellence of the Global Technology & Digital Solutions division of World Vision. You will ensure that approved business investments are translated into value-led, usable digital capabilities that enable business-led change and adoption, ultimately contributing to measurable business value.
You will lead delivery across the full value chain—from approved intent and validated requirements through build, quality assurance, release, and operational readiness—ensuring the business realizes sustained outcomes over time.
You will orchestrate delivery across the Delivery Centre of Excellence disciplines, including Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Change & Adoption, while coordinating closely with wider GTD functions such as Architecture, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure & Operations, and external partners.
