  • All technical specifications are minimum quality, safety and performance requirements unless expressly stated otherwise.
    • Bidders must clearly state the proposed brand/model/catalogue reference for each quoted item and provide datasheets, manuals, certificates and warranty/service evidence where applicable.
    • Pharo reserves the right to reject any proposed item that lacks credible clinical/laboratory quality evidence, regulatory documentation, warranty support, spare-parts/consumable assurance, or presents unacceptable operational risk.
    • Evaluation will not be based on price alone. Quality, compatibility, support, lifecycle cost and reliability will be assessed before award.
