Our IT function focuses on building practical, scalable, and high-impact systems—and this internship is designed to develop the next generation of disciplined and capable IT professionals.
Program Overview
The Merit Advisory IT Internship is a 6-month, full-time, structured program designed to provide hands-on experience in real-world technology projects.
Interns will not be observers—they will actively contribute to:
- Software development
- System implementation (ERP, Odoo-based systems)
- Technical support and deployment
- Process and tool development
The program combines:
- Structured learning (first phase)
- Practical, project-based execution (second phase)
