1. POSITION SUMMARY

The Pharmaceutical Marketing & Training Coordinator at Moumin Pharma and Healthcare is responsible for coordinating ethical pharmaceutical marketing, medical training, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities. The role ensures that all promotional and educational initiatives are scientifically accurate, ethically compliant, and aligned with company strategy, while supporting the professional development of healthcare providers and internal staff.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Pharmaceutical Marketing & Scientific Promotion

  • Coordinate pharmaceutical marketing activities in alignment with ethical and regulatory standards
  • Support product launches with scientifically accurate promotional and educational materials
  • Ensure all marketing content reflects approved indications, evidence-based data, and safety information
  • Act as a bridge between marketing, medical, and field teams
  • Assist in market positioning and product education strategies

 

B. Training & Capacity Building

  • Plan and conduct training programs for:
    • Medical representatives
    • Sales teams
    • Internal healthcare staff
  • Deliver disease-area education, product knowledge sessions, and clinical updates
  • Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, and learning modules
  • Assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness

C. Continuing Medical Education (CME)

  • Organize and coordinate CME activities (onsite, hospital-based, workshops, conferences, virtual sessions)
  • Liaise with physicians, specialists, speakers, and moderators
  • Ensure CME programs are educational, unbiased, and compliant with ethical guidelines
  • Oversee preparation of:
    • CME agendas
    • Attendance records
    • Certificates
    • Post-event reports

D. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain professional relationships with:
    • Hospitals and clinics
    • Healthcare professionals
    • Professional associations
    • Academic and training institutions
  • Represent Moumin Pharma and Healthcare in scientific meetings and educational events
  • Support collaborative educational initiatives with healthcare institutions

 

Skills and qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in:
    • Pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

  • Postgraduate training or certification in:
    • Medical marketing
    • Clinical education
    • Pharmaceutical management
    • CME coordination

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in:
    • Pharmaceutical marketing
    • Medical education
    • Training coordination
    • Healthcare or life sciences sector

4. SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and disease areas
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to train healthcare professionals and non-clinical staff
  • Knowledge of ethical pharmaceutical promotion
  • Organizational and event-coordination skills
  • Report writing and documentation ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools
