- Quality Assurance: Enforce strict product quality control through continuous testing, precise batch measurements, and raw material inspections (aggregates, cement, admixtures) according to approved product standards.
- Yield Optimization: Maximize resource utilization, improve plant productivity, and aggressively minimize raw material waste and downtime.
- Supply Chain Liaison: Coordinate seamlessly with Sales, Logistics, and Procurement departments to align production with delivery schedules and customer commitments.
- Heavy Equipment, Fleet and Plant Maintenance Management
- Asset Management: Oversee the operation, utilization, and performance of batching plants, block manufacturing machinery, delivery trucks, transit mixers, and heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop, schedule, and execute robust Preventive and Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) schedules to maximize equipment reliability and completely mitigate unexpected breakdowns.
- Logistics & Fuel Audit: Closely monitor fuel consumption patterns, track individual vehicle transit costs, and optimize machinery efficiency to lower operational overhead.
- Inventory & Spares Control: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date log of spare parts, specialized tools, and maintenance supplies to guarantee zero operational disruptions during critical repairs.
- Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance
- Safety Culture: Foster a zero-harm site culture by organizing regular safety briefings (toolbox talks), conducting risk assessments, and enforcing the strict use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Incident Investigation: Lead root-cause analyses for any site incidents, equipment failures, material non-conformities, or client complaints, and immediately roll out corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Budgeting, Cost Control & Reporting
- Financial Oversight: Prepare, manage, and optimize the annual production and maintenance budgets.
- Cost-Reduction Metrics: Analyze operational data to pinpoint inefficiencies, track cost-per-cubic-meter for concrete, and implement lean manufacturing workflows to boost profitability.
- Data Reporting: Generate transparent, data-driven daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports detailing output volumes, machinery downtime, maintenance expenses, and labor efficiency.
- Strategic Field Leadership & Team Development
- Crew Supervision: Lead, train, and manage plant operators, heavy-truck drivers, mechanical technicians, and site laborers, ensuring high accountability and team discipline.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct routine performance evaluations, identify technical skill gaps, and implement targeted training programs to multi-skill the workforce.
