Somaliland Development Fund (SDF) was established in 2012 to provide a single vehicle through which development partners could support Somaliland’s development goals. The SDF supports the Government of Somaliland (GoSL) fill critical infrastructure gaps through funding projects that are aligned to the National Development Plan (NDP). SDF Phase 3 (SDF3) covers the period 2025-2028, with the possibility of a two-year extension. Under this new phase, the SDF aims to strengthen the climate resilience of vulnerable communities in Somaliland while creating increased income and job opportunities, thereby helping to reduce poverty. 2. The SDF now requests for proposals for Conflict Sensitivity, Political Economy and Gender Equality and Social Inclusion Assessment for:
- Lot 1: Climate Smart Agriculture in Sanaag Project
- Lot 2: Burao Water Supply Expansion Project (each Lot hereinafter called “Services”).
