INVITATION TO TENDER: PROVISION OF INDOOR PLAY EQUIPMENT AND TOYS TO THE CHILD FRIENDLY SPACE IN TVET CENTERS – JUBALAND, SOMALIA.
ALIGHT (formerly ARC) is implementing Education Project – Rajo kaaba. In reference to this, ALIGHT invites tenders from qualified, registered companies as detailed above, the detail description is summarized in accordance with procedures, conditions, and contract terms, as specified in this tender document and the BOQ.
Alight Somalia is seeking qualified contractors for the subject of the above head title.
(All tender documents MUST be submitted on company’s letter head and on ALIGHT/ARC template provided as part of the tender documents).
- Qualification and Conditions: The main criteria for admission to the tender process are as follows:
- A duly completed and signed priced quotation in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BoQ)
- Copies of current, valid licenses/registrations issued by the Federal Government of Somalia/ the relevant State/Member State authorities.
- Current tax compliance certificates from federal / state levels.
- An updated financial bank statement covering the last six (6) months.
- A detailed list of at least three (3) similar contracts successfully completed for the supply of CFS Equipment (include client names, contract values, dates, and contact references).
- Proposed delivery lead time for the CFS equipment (specified number of days from contract award to delivery).
